Minority Report Still Shot: #33

This picture from Minority Report was the final image we saw. The shot was a good way to finish the movie because it revealed many things about the new life of the precogs. It shows that they are happy being out of the control of the precrime unit. They are able to control their own actions and are free. However, it also shows that they are still trapped. Before it was by the government, now it is by the water. They are surrounded by water on this island and are cut off from the rest of the world. They are free but can’t experience a normal life with the rest of the world. Although they are happy to free, they are still secluded from the real world.
